I am a certified Life Coach through Life Purpose Institute owning and operating ARRIVED corporation.  During my time at California State University Northridge as a Sociology major I developed a desire to push past the obvious parameters the world outline for people, but create a space where people would find their true self.

 

As a Life Coach, I focus on self- reconnection, self-awareness, self-worth, self-understanding, and self-knowledge.  Regardless where you are or aren’t in life, by reconnecting to you, you are able to make better choices which will create better life experiences.

 

I am very passionate about people reaching their full personal potential in every area of their life.  Sometimes it’s not about a change, but about the awareness.  Once you are aware of you, you can start the process by ‘acting in your know”.
